Streamcast?

Now that we've got IceCast, I'd like to be able to replace shout with streamcast, which is in and of itself a perl script, but relies on a couple of libararies (libshout-perl and libshout) as well as another perl module (mp3::info), and I was wondering about the feasibility of putting them all together into one easy to use installer package. Icecast and shout turned out so beautifully, that I would love to see a streamcast package with the same simplicity.
