ffmpegx

Could anyone help me with the Installation of ffmpegx. It just doesn´t work right! Sometimes it shows a message, that mencoder is not copied or something and sometimes after a new installation it just encodes the vob data to an mp2 data but stops then. What´s wrong?

I can't the engines installer to do anything but blink! A little help for me,too!
