BitchX not installing right.

I have tried installing BitchX manually, as root and as a regular account. None of those times have I been able to get it to work. This is on 10.1.

Repeat......

Done installing BitchX.

Addendum:
That was just portions of what I tried, in case you couldn't tell.
I have gotten BitchX to work in 10.0.X but I forgot how I did it back then, and I have since formatted my OS X partition. Thanks for the help!
