I started this topic with the hope that people would post current problems with compiling applications here and fixes they had.

TCL: I haven't managed to get a complete compile of this yet. I get stuck with the dyn and shared libraries issue and my notes aren't as good as I'd like. If anyone has the right options to throw at TCL for compiling it can they post them here.
Thanks a lot

I'm unable to compile gnome-libs, without which, I can't run GNOME. I've got XFree installed, and Windowmaker works, but I can't get gnome-libs to compile (I'm using Fink 0.2.5 at this point FWIW). Any ideas?

What problems exactly are you having? This may be more relevant in the Fink-Users mailing list, I might add...
